"Can You Still Deliver Video and Succeed?" - Jerry Weber, Innovative Systems
As the trend towards Live Streaming continues, are you at a crossroads with your video service? Concerns about supporting a low margin video service are valid, but can you afford to get out of video if your competitors in broadband are offering it? Learn about the different types of Live Streaming resale options, and what you would need in your local network to support hosted video without the headaches, but still being able to deliver a locally branded live streaming service.

"Building a Multiservice Aggregation Network for Rural Broadband" - Jack Breeding, Ribbon
As service providers develop plans to build out rural broadband networks, the recent focus has been on which PON technology to use, and how and where to trench the fiber to each subscriber. However, there is another important element to a complete network design: The aggregation network. Tomorrow's rural broadband networks will support a variety of applications with distinct characteristics and service level requirements. Some applications will be latency-sensitive. And other will have strict availability requirements. Traditional best-effort connectivity services aren't well suited for the digital age. To monetize the next wave of services, providers must deliver the right SLAs, for the right applications, at the right time. This presentation will discuss best practices for deploying a multiservice aggregation network today to meet your needs for today and tomorrow.

2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Breakout Sessions

"Examining Packet Voice with Wireshark" - Andy Walding, CellStream
In this 45 minute interactive educational session, I will be discussing and demonstrating how we can find issues with IP Telephony by examining several real world packet captures. This type of troubleshooting is an essential skill in today's packet based telephone networks, and using Wireshark you will see how troubleshooting is done.

"FCC Testing and Reporting: Is it More Than You Thought?" - Greg Luhman, ADTRAN
As broadband providers are embracing fiber to provide gigabit services to rural communities to help bridge the digital divide, funding programs are responsible for allowing millions of rural communities to participate in the gigabit economy. The risk of not meeting speed and latency compliance standards set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will result in the reduction of support for operators, meaning communities will be stripped of the opportunity reliable broadband provides. In this session, attendees will learn about CAF and RDOF compliant solutions, as well as approaches to better monitor and manage speed and latency requirements set by the FCC. Attendees will leave this session with an understanding of the turn-key solutions that are available to enable them to deliver the connectivity and communications their communities need in order to grow, while mitigating the complexities involved with CAF and RDOF funding.

3:30 p.m. Open Forum

Join this session to learn more about: The evolution of the Wi-Fi standard, 802.11ax, including the technical enhancements; The real-world benefits of Wi-Fi 6; and What's next for Wi-Fi technology, such as the addition of 6 GHz spectrum (aka Wi-Fi 6E) and Wi-Fi 7.

9:00 a.m. "Cybersecurity: Threats, Current Events and How Things Have Changed" - Andy Deinert, Vantage Point
SolarWinds. Colonial Pipeline. As we've seen with these recent attacks, even extremely sophisticated outfits can still have vulnerabilities; and cyber threats are on the rise. At the same time, broadband networks are more important than ever and therefore, are more attractive targets. What's an ISP to do? In this session Andy Deinert will detail the current landscape of threats, recent  events, and how the pandemic changed the game for cybersecurity.

10:00 a.m. "STIR/SHAKEN, Robocall Mitigation & Fraud Prevention Management" - Stacy Graham, Inteliquent
Our session will cover an overview of the STIR/SHAKEN industry updates and requirements. We'll also share insights on solutions for robocall mitigation. In addition, we'll take an in-depth look at fraud and risk management for domestic, toll-free and international traffic and share best practices for fraud mitigation.
